Jim McCraney,
President

- Successfully completed numerous construction projects throughout the southeastern United States including offices, retail stores, warehousing, multi-family housing, K-12 educational facilities, federal, state and county government buildings and Corps of Engineers recreational facilities
- Overall responsibility for Design/Build construction contracts
- Negotiated Construction Management Guaranteed Maximum Price Contracts
- Oversee Fixed Price/Firm Bid/Bond Contracts
- Member of the Associated General Contractors of America, American Society of Civil Engineers.

- Project Manager for First Georgia Banking Company project; a two story banking facility, Dalton, Georgia --; ($2.3 million contract).
- Project Coordinator for The Stars and Stripes Shopping Center project; a 17 store complex ($ 1.6 milion contract).
- Responsible control of company wide IT operations, including construction scheduling, budgeting, and job costing information.
